  This timer automatically starts when you start the shot brewing on your espresso machine and stops when the shot finishes. It can be retrofitted to almost any espresso machine (either commercial or domestic) that uses an AC Solenoid Valve to control water flow to the coffee group. This includes the following machines:

  Domestic

  • La Marzocco Linea Mini and GS3 AV (not GS3 MP)
  • Rancilio Silvia
  • Gaggia Classic

  Commercial

  • Almost all commercial Espresso Machines (excluding Slayer machines and La Marzocco “MP” variants)

  Note that this timer is not compatible with Rocket or La Pavoni Domestic machines

  Installation for the Luminaire timer takes minutes, requiring no technical knowledge or specialised tools. The display fixes magnetically to the front or top face of the machine, and can be moved or removed at any time.
