Delivery and Returns
We roast daily, and aim to have all orders roasted, packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt.
Shipping within Australia
To ensure quality and freshness, we offer shipping Australia-wide via StarTrack Overnight Express (1-2 days).
For both metropolitan services and small orders or regional and larger orders, StarTrack Overnight Express is an excellent, fast freight service.
For larger coffee orders (over 9kg) feel free to contact us and we can work to find the best shipping method for your location.
We offer international shipping via tracked International Parcel Post and DHL International Express. Parcel Post (5-12 days) is $10 flat-rate for Asia Pacific and North American countries on all coffee orders. DHL International Express (2-5 days) is available for select countries from $25.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can provide a shipping quote to best suit your location and order size.
Returns and refunds
We will provide a full refund for equipment if it is returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for coffee orders, since it is a fresh and perishable product. We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
