Shipping & Delivery Advice - November 2021

Due to the ongoing disruptions to shipping and logistics as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing extended shipping times for all services around Australia. In order to ensure that you receive your coffee in time, we recommend ordering early and allowing ample time for delivery.

Australia Post (including Express Post services, which we use as our standard service level) are experiencing the most severe delays, up to 7-10 days in some cases.

We would encourage anyone who has a deadline for when they require their order to select the StarTrack Express option at checkout for a faster and more reliable service.
