    Owned for three generations by the Hartmann family and now run by Ratibor Hartmann, this renowned and respected estate cultivates multiple varieties in the town of Santa Clara.

    Ratibor is one of five Hartmann siblings who are passionately involved in the management and operations of the farm. As a certified Q grader, Ratibor oversees the quality control of the coffee, from best harvesting practices to modern, eco-friendly and natural processing methods. The estate is fully equiped with a state of the art cupping and sample roasting facility. This has helped to facilitate the incredibly unique and exceptional offerings we have been able to experience from the family run estate over the years.
