Hafursa (Natural) Espresso



There’s nothing quite like fresh crop Ethiopian espresso. Floral, sweet, well rounded and incredibly exciting. This natural process lot from the Yirgacheffe region has a smooth body, with rose florals and strawberry notes.

Established in 1975, the Hafursa Cooperative joined the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) in 2002. The YCFCU mission is to promote and support the development of a sustainable coffee supply from various cooperatives in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia. Today, the Hafursa Cooperative has close to 850 smallholder members who each have up to four hectares of coffee producing land. The majority of Hafursa coffee is produced on small family owned plots at altitudes between 1750 and 2300 masl.
